`Pursuant to the Court’s Standing Order Regarding Joint or Unopposed Request to

`Change Deadlines, dated August 11, 2021, Defendant LG Electronics Inc. respectfully notifies
`
`the Court of the parties’ agreement to extend the deadline by which LG Electronics is required
`
`to serve Preliminary Invalidity Contentions by 14 days (i.e., from January 7, 2022 to January
`
`21, 2022).
`
`Counsel for the parties conferred and Plaintiff ParkerVision, Inc. consents to the
`
`extension, and the extension does not change the date for any hearing, any final submission to
`
`the Court related to a hearing, or the trial.
