`(“Defendants”) file this notice of agreed extension. On August 10, 2022, Plaintiff Demaray LLC

`(“Demaray”) filed its sealed Amended Complaint for Infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,544,276

`and 7,381,657. Demaray agreed to Defendant’s request to extend its deadline to file a response
`
`to Demaray’s Amended Complaint through and including September 7, 2022.
