`WHEREAS, Plaintiff seeks the production of electrical schematics in order to determine
`
`the technical details of Defendants’ as-configured reactors and Plaintiff seeks the designation of
`
`schematics materials as non-Source Code materials, the Court, after having heard the parties on
`
`June 22, 2020, hereby ORDERS the following relief:
`
`Requested Relief
`By June 30, 2021, for reactors supplied by Applied
`to Intel and Samsung for PVD processes with a DC
`power source to the target and a RF bias on the
`substrate, Defendants/Applied, must produce
`complete documents sufficient to determine the as-
`configured (a) interconnections of the power
`supplies for reactors in question and (b) any filters
`used therewith (i.e., filters that impact the power
`supplies or signals sent/received by the power
`supplies)
`Defendants/Applied must produce schematics
`materials as “OUTSIDE COUNSEL EYES ONLY”
`rather than “OUTSIDE COUNSEL EYES ONLY –
`SOURCE CODE”
`
