`NOTICE OF AGREED EXTENSION OF DEADLINES FOR
`CLAIM CONSTRUCTION BRIEFING

`Defendants in the above captioned cases notify the Court that, to provide the Parties with
`
`additional time to meet and confer to try to further narrow the claim construction disputes, the
`
`1 Defendants have filed a notice of name change and unopposed motion to correct the docket
`in Case No. 6:20-cv-00267-ADA.

`Parties have agreed to delay the deadline to meet and confer and amend proposed constructions by
`
`a day and to delay the due date for each of the claim construction briefs by three days. The Parties
`
`therefore agree that: (1) the deadline to meet and confer to narrow terms in dispute and exchange
`
`revised list of terms/constructions is extended from March 8, 2022 to March 9, 2022; (2) the due
`
`date for Defendants’ opening claim construction brief is extended from March 8, 2022 to March
`
`11, 2022; (3) the due date for Plaintiffs’ response brief is extended from April 5, 2022 to April 8,
`
`2022; (4) the due date for Defendants’ reply brief is extended from April 19, 2022 to April 22,
`
`2022; and (5) the due for Plaintiffs’ sur-reply brief is extended from May 3, 2022 to May 6, 2022.
