`The law firm of Perkins Coie LLP, and attorneys M. Craig Tyler, Daniel T. Shvodian,

`James F. Valentine, Stefani E. Shanberg and Christopher Kelly hereby move the Court to withdraw
`
`as counsel of record for Defendants Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon.com Services LLC, and Amazon
`
`Web Services, Inc. (“Defendants”) in the above-styled case. Defendants will continue to be rep-
`
`resented by Deron Dacus of the Dacus Law Firm and Alan M. Fisch, R. William Sigler, Jeffrey
`
`M. Saltman and Lisa Phillips of Fisch Sigler LLP. Withdrawal of Perkins Coie LLP and its counsel
`
`will not affect any pending deadlines in this case. Perkins Coie LLP has conferred with Plaintiff’s
`
`counsel who are unopposed to this Motion.
`
`WHEREFORE, M. Craig Tyler, Daniel T. Shvodian, James F. Valentine, Stefani E. Shan-
`
`berg and Christopher Kelly, and Perkins Coie LLP, pray that the Court grant this motion to with-

`draw as counsel, and that they be granted general relief.
