`Defendant REALTEK SEMICONDUCTOR CORP., respectfully moves the Court to

`extend its deadline in which to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint

`which was filed on March 13, 2022 (Dkt. 22) up to and including November 4, 2022. The current
`
`deadline for Defendant to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint is
`
`October 27, 2022. This request is not sought for purposes of delay and will not affect any other
`
`case deadlines. Plaintiff agrees with the filing of this motion.

`Therefore, Defendant respectfully requests that the Court extend its deadline to answer or
`
`otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint up to and including November 4, 2022.
