`TO FILE CLAIM CONSTRUCTION BRIEFS

`Plaintiff Bandspeed, LLC (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant Realtek Semiconductor Corporation
`
`(“Defendant”) (collectively, “the Parties”) hereby jointly move to extend the deadlines to file their
`
`claim construction briefs. In support of the motion, the Parties state as follows:
`

`
`Pursuant to the Court’s Order Setting Case Schedule (Doc. 28), the Parties’ current
`
`deadline to file their opening claim construction briefs is October 13, 2022, and their current
`
`deadline to file reply claim construction briefs is November 17, 2022.
`
`2.
`
`The Parties request an additional four (4) days, until Monday, October 17, 2022, to
`
`file their opening claim construction briefs, and an additional four (4) days, until November 21,
`
`2022, to file their reply claim construction briefs.
`
`3.
`
`No prior extensions have been sought.
`
`Therefore, the Parties respectfully request the Court to extend the time for the Parties to
`
`file their opening claim construction briefs by four (4) days from October 13, 2022, until and
`
`including October 17, 2022. Likewise, the Parties respectfully request the Court to extend the time
`
