`PARTIES’ JOINT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO
`FILE JOINT CLAIM CONSTRUCTION STATEMENT

`Plaintiff Bandspeed, LLC (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant Realtek Semiconductor Corporation
`
`(“Defendant”) (collectively, “the Parties”) hereby jointly move to extend the deadline to file their
`
`Joint Claim Construction Statement (“JCCS”). In support of the motion, the Parties state as
`
`follows:
`

`
`Pursuant to the Court’s Order Granting the Parties’ Joint Motion for Extension of
`
`Time (Doc. 32), the Parties’ current deadline to file their JCCS is September 8, 2022.
`
`2.
`
`The Parties intend to continue working collaboratively to reduce the number of
`
`terms in dispute.
`
`3.
`
`Accordingly, the Parties seek an additional five (5) days to file their JCCS, which
`
`would extend their deadline to September 13, 2022.
`
`Therefore, the Parties respectfully request the Court to extend the time for the Parties to
`
`file their JCCS by five (5) days from September 8, 2022, until and including September 13, 2022.
`
`A proposed order is attached hereto.
