`Counterclaim for declaratory relief of noninfringement of the

`
`Counterclaim for declaratory relief of invalidity of the '614 patent. On this date, the
`
`court rendered an order dismissing as moot Plaintiff Aquila Innovations, Inc.'s Second Claim
`
`For Relief for infringement of the '519 patent and Defendant AMD's Second Counterclaim for
`
`declaratory relief of noninfringement of the '519 patent and Fourth Counterclaim for declaratory
`
`relief of invalidity of the '519 patent. Accordingly, the court renders the following Final
`
`Judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 58.
`
