`vendor, avoid tampering with the device, and abide by all guidelines, instructions and rules 0f the

`I, KIMBERLY ANGUIANO, the defendant in the above entitled and numbered cause, having been
`informed by the Hidalgo County Community Supervision & Corrections Department that the State 0f Texas
`by and through her Criminal District Attorney of Hidalgo County, Texas, will seek t0 modify the Judgment
`of probation and extend the period 0f probation not to exceed fl months, commencing 0n December 02,

`Now comes the State of Texas by and through her Criminal District Attorney and the Hidalgo County
`Community Supervision & Corrections Department, and move the Court t0 modify the Judgment 0f
`probation and extend the period of probation not to exceeda months in accordance with Article 42A.752
