`This Order addresses the parties’ Joint Notice of Resolution and Motion to Stay (“Joint

`Motion”) [ECF No. 39]. In the Joint Motion, the parties state that they reached an agreement in
`
`principle that resolves the claims in this case. The parties request a stay of all deadlines for thirty
`
`days to memorialize their resolution and file a motion to dismiss.
`
`Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the Joint Motion. The current trial setting and scheduling
`
`order are vacated and all pending motions and/or hearings are terminated. The parties are to file
`
`dismissal documents by August 30, 2023.
`
`SO ORDERED.
