`BEFORE THE COURT is Plaintiff and Defendants’ Joint Stipulation of Dismissal.

`Upon review and consideration, the Court has determined that it should be allowed.

`Accordingly, the Court hereby dismisses (1) all of Plaintiff’s claims relating to U.S.
`
`Patent Nos. 6,070,068; 6,389,301; 5,737,394; 6,871,048; 5,732,390; 6,441,828; 6,446,080;
`
`7,349,012; 5,490,170; and RE 39,231 with prejudice; (2) all of Plaintiff’s claims relating to U.S.
`
`Patent Nos. 5,479,476; 5,845,219; 6,055,439; 6,253,075; 6,427,078; and, 6,049,796 without
`
`prejudice; and (3) all of Defendants’ counterclaims in this suit without prejudice, with each party
`
`to bear its own costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees.
