`In accordance with FRCP 54(d), Eastern District of Texas Local Rule CV-54, and the

`Final Judgment in this case, Defendant Globus Medical, Inc. submits its bill of costs, attached as

`Exhibit A. Globus seeks costs of $75,373.32. Exhibit B is the itemization and documentation for
`
`the requested costs.

`As required by LR CV-54, Globus submitted a proposed bill of costs to opposing counsel
`
`for counsel’s review in light of the applicable law. The parties have met and conferred and
`
`resolved all disputes related to costs. Thus, Exhibit A is an agreed bill of costs, and Globus
`
`respectfully requests that the clerk tax the costs accordingly.
