`Sony Mobile Communications (USA) Inc. (“Sony Mobile”) files this Notice of Compliance
`
`hereby informing the Court that Sony Mobile served its Patent Rule 3-3 Invalidity Contentions and
`
`3-4(b) production accompanying these Contentions on Plaintiff Cellular Communications
`
`Equipment LLC via electronic mail on July 10, 2015. Sony Mobile served these P.R. 3-3
`
`disclosures and 3-4(b) production on behalf of itself and defendants Kyocera Communications,
`
`Inc., Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, LG Electronics, Inc. and LG Electronics U.S.A,
`
`Inc., T-Mobile USA, Inc. and T-Mobile US, Inc., AT&T Mobility LLC and Sprint Solutions, Inc.,
`
`Sprint Spectrum L.P. and Boost Mobile, LLC, collectively.
`
`Sony Mobile informs the Court that it also served its document production pursuant to
