`
`
`
`DEFENDANTS’ UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO SUBMIT
`PROPOSED DISCOVERY ORDER

`
`
`
`Defendants LG Electronics, Inc.; LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc.; Sony Mobile
`
`Communications Inc., Sony Mobile Communications (USA) Inc.; Kyocera Communications,

`Inc.; AT&T Mobility LLC; Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless; Sprint Solutions, Inc.,
`
`Sprint Spectrum L.P., Boost Mobile, LLC; T-Mobile USA, Inc. and T-Mobile US, Inc.
`
`(collectively, “Defendants”) hereby request that the Court extend the deadline for the parties to
`
`submit their proposed Discovery Order up to and including June 19, 2015.
`
`The Court’s Order Setting Scheduling Conference (Dkt. 44) provides that the parties are
`
`to submit the proposed Docket Control Order and Proposed Discovery Order within two weeks
`
`of the Scheduling Conference, which was held on May 29, 2015. While the parties are
`
`submitting a proposed Docket Control Order on today’s date, Defendants hereby request, and
`
`Plaintiff does not oppose, that the deadline for the parties to submit their proposed Discovery
`
`Order be extended by seven (7) days, to and including June 19, 2015. The parties have diligently
`
`met and conferred regarding the Discovery Order, but believe that an additional week is needed
`
`to facilitate agreement, such that any disputes in the proposed Discovery Order can be

`
`Accordingly, Defendants respectfully request that the Court grant the parties until June
`
`19, 2015, to file their proposed Discovery Order. Plaintiff does not oppose the relief requested in
`
`this motion. This extension is not sought for purposes of delay.
