`UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW S. BRANNON LATIMER AS COUNSEL
`FOR PLAINTIFF CELLULAR COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT LLC
`
`Plaintiff Cellular Communications Equipment LLC (“CCE”) respectfully moves to
`
`withdraw S. Brannon Latimer as counsel for CCE and shows the Court as follows:
`
`
`
`Mr. Latimer is longer an attorney with Nelson Bumgardner PC, having taken an in-house
`
`position. CCE is represented in this action by other able counsel, and Mr. Latimer’s withdrawal
`
`
`

`will have no detrimental effect on CCE or its representation in this case, nor will it cause any
`
`delay in the proceedings.

`For these reasons, CCE asks that the Court allow Mr. Latimer’s withdrawal from the
`
`above-captioned actions, including all constituent actions, and enter the order accompanying this
`
`motion for this purpose. Defendants in the above-captioned actions do not oppose this request.
`
