`Plaintiff Invensys Systems, Inc. (“Invensys”) and Defendant Emerson Electric Co.

`(“Emerson”) respectfully request that the Court:

`1) extend Invensys’s deadline to file its response to Emerson’s Motion for Summary
`Judgment of Noninfringement, ECF No. 83, from November 22, 2013, to December 11,
`2013, and
`
`2) extend Emerson’s deadline to file its reply in support of its summary judgment motion
`until January 6, 2014.
`
`The requested extensions are sought in good faith and not solely for purposes of delay and will
`
`not affect any other deadlines in this case. No prior extensions of these deadlines have been
`
`requested by either party.
