`produce the references and are refusing to meet and confer and will file accordingly.

`Kadie,
`
`The IPR exhibits are not the entire reference. We are entitled to the entire reference, not just the page you cherry‐
`picked out of a book, article or chapter.
`
`Please either produce the entire reference for each today or provide times today for the meet and confer.

`
`Jeffrey and Steve:
`
` meet and confer is not necessary. As is apparent from the titles of the documents that you identified, these are
`materials that you already have and are likely familiar with by virtue of the co‐pending IPRs.

`Case 6:12-cv-00799-JRG Document 244-2 Filed 11/26/14 Page 4 of 6 PageID #: 9331
`
`More specifically, the following documents were submitted as exhibits in IPR2014‐00167, 00170, 00178, 00179, 00390,
`00392, and 00393:
`
`56. "Electromechanical Control Systems and Devices," Canfield, Robert E. Kreiger Publishing Company, Original
`Edition 1965, Reprint 1977 (Ex. 1030);
`58. "Integrated Electronics: Analog and Digital Circuits and Systems," Jacob Millman and Christos Halkias, McGraw‐
`Hill, 1972 (Ex. 1032);
`59. "Operational Amplifiers Design and Applications," Graeme, Tobey and Huelsman, McGraw‐Hill, 1971 (Ex. 1033);
`60. "Modern Control Engineering," Chapter 5 Basic Control Actions and Industrial Automatic Controls, Ogata,
`Prentice‐Hall, 1970 (Ex. 1034);
`61. "Automatic Control Systems," Third Edition, Benjamin C. Kuo, Prentice‐Hall, 1975 (Ex. 1035);
`66. "Programs for Digital Signal Processing," IEEE Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing Society, John Wiley and
`Sons, 1979 (Ex. 1040); and
`67. "The Fourier Transform and its Applications," Bracewell, McGraw‐Hill, Second Edition, 1978 (Ex. 1041).
`
`And the following two documents were submitted as exhibits in IPR2014‐00390, 00392, and 00393:
`
`38. Excerpts from Dictionary of Mechanical Engineering, Fourth Edition, Nayler, Butterworth‐Heinemann, 1996 (Ex.
`1013) and
`86. Local Cosine Bases in Two Dimensions, Jelena Kovacevic, IEEE Trans. on Image Proc., Vol. 6, No. 11, Nov. 1997
`(Ex. 1048).
`
`
`
`Although these documents are publicly available and you have had copies of certain of them since November 2013, as a
`courtesy and in response to Steve's request, attached is a zip file which contains production‐stamped versions of the
`IPR‐referenced documents. The range of documents attached is MM1212730 ‐ MM1212769.
`
`With respect to the one remaining document in Steve's list, the document identified as "Micro Motion Model D Mass
`Flow Meters Instruction Manual" (the "Model D Manual"), 1993" was misidentified. The correct title of the document is:
`"1993 Micro Motion, Inc. Product Catalog (produced at MM0638832)." Citations in Dr. Bose's report on pages 80, 119,
`and 236 to the misidentified document should be to the 1993 Micro Motion, Inc. Product Catalog, as well as number 34
`in the materials considered list in Exhibit B of Dr. Bose's Invalidity Report.
`
`Please let me know if you have any difficulty accessing the attached documents.
