`Pursuant to Local Rule CV-7(f), Micro Motion and Emerson Electric Co. respectfully
`
`request leave to notify the Court that since the conclusion of the briefing on their Motion for
`
`Leave to Supplement Invalidity Contentions, (Dkt. Nos. 163-164, 180-181), counsel for Invensys
`
`deposed Mr. Howard Derby regarding the digital prior art prototypes. Mr. Derby was deposed
`
`on July 29, 2014. Mr. Derby’s deposition was originally scheduled for July 11, 2014, but it was
`
`postponed until July 29, 2014, to accommodate Invensys’s request for additional time to review
`
`documentation relating to the digital prior art prototypes.
`
`Invensys opposes Micro Motion’s and Emerson Electric Co.’s request for leave.
