`Pursuant to this Court’s Order dated March 2, 2021 (Dkt. 640), DLA Piper LLP (US) (“DLA”)
`
`
`
`hereby provides notice of its compliance with the Court’s order that it “return and/or destroy all copies
`
`of the Maxell materials at issue.” Pursuant to the Court’s Order, counsel for DLA contacted counsel for
`
`Maxell, Ltd. (“Maxell”) to inquire whether Maxell would like DLA to return a copy of the materials at
`
`issue or destroy those materials in its system. Maxell confirmed that it requested DLA to “please destroy
`
`all copies (including electronic copies) and please have your co-counsel do the same.”
`
`Consistent with this request, DLA certifies that it has searched for and destroyed all electronic
`
`copies of the documents at issue. DLA further certifies that it has ensured that DLA’s outside counsel
`
`have destroyed any copies they received.
