`Before the Court are Plaintiff’s Motion for Additional Redactions or Sealing (Docket No.
`
`103) and Defendant’s Motions to Redact the September 17, 2019 Motions Hearing Transcript
`
`(Docket No. 131). Both parties filed timely notices of intent to request redactions. Docket Nos.
`
`93–95.
`
`During the September 17, 2019 Motions Hearing, the parties requested the courtroom be
`
`sealed during certain portions of the parties’ arguments. Those portions will remain sealed, as
`
`reflected in Sealed Official Transcript. Docket No. 100. After the Court entered the Sealed
`
`Official Transcript, the parties filed notices of intent to request further redactions of unsealed
`
`portions of the transcript. Docket Nos. 93–95. Having reviewed the motions, and finding good
`
`cause supporting the motions, it is hereby
`
`ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion to Redact the September 17, 2019 Motions Hearing
`
`Transcript (Docket No. 131) is GRANTED, and the requested unsealed portions of the transcript
`
`will be placed under seal. It is further
`
`ORDERED that Defendant’s Motion for Additional Redactions or Sealing (Docket No.
`
`103) is GRANTED, and the requested unsealed portions of the transcript will be placed under
`
`
`

`seal. The September 17, 2019 hearing transcript (Docket No. 100) shall be made available in the
`
`ECF record and on PACER after additional sealing consistent with the Order.
