` A. Well it conveys, at that particular
`point in time, it conveys a particular
`functionality.
` And it conveys a particular
`structure from a list of structures that we
`talked about earlier, for example.
` Select one of the above and that
`would be a way to understand the user's desires
`in providing an input into the system.
` Q. We talked about a few examples.
` But, isn't it true that any
`structure that would provide that functionality
`would constitute an input unit under the plain
`and ordinary meaning?
` A. I don't understand the question.
`Those structures we discussed before are
`contemporaneous 2003 structures for implementing
`an input device.
` Q. We could have listed other examples,
`though, right?
` A. I can't think of any.
