`[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING MAXELL, LTD.’S POST-TRIAL MOTIONS AND
`RENEWED MOTION FOR JUDGMENT AS A MATTER OF LAW
`
`Having considered Maxell, Ltd.’s post-trial motions and renewed motion for judgment as
`
`a matter of law, the Court is of the opinion that these motions should be GRANTED.
`
`Accordingly, judgment is granted for Maxell on ZTE’s Counterclaims IV and XII.
`
`Moreover, judgment is granted awarding Maxell the following damages:
`
`Jury award of $43,300,000.00;
`•
`• Enhancement of the jury award by 100% ($43,300,000.00);
`• Pre-judgment interest on the jury award at the prime rate compounded quarterly
`from January 1, 2011;
`• Post-judgment interest on the entire sum entered as final judgment at the statutory
`rate pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961;
`• Costs of $154,178.10; and
`• Attorney’s fees, subject to the parties filing a notice within fourteen days detailing
`the agreed amount of fees or any disputes.
