`Databricks, Inc.’s Reply in Support of Opposed Motion to Transfer Venue Pursuant to 28 U.S.C §

`1404(a) as well as the supporting Declaration of Abhinav Taneja. The aforementioned materials
`
`contain sensitive information regarding Databricks’ confidential business-related information. A
`
`protective order has not been entered in this case at this time. R2 has informed Databricks that it
`
`does not oppose Databricks’ Motion for Leave to File Documents Under Seal.

`Wherefore, Databricks respectfully requests that the Court grant this motion for leave to

`file under seal and allow the Motion and the Declaration of Abhinav Taneja to be filed under seal.
