`Before the Court is the Joint Motion for Extension of Time to Briefing Schedule for Apple

`Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss or, Alternatively, to Transfer to the Northern District of California (Dkt.

`33) and for Invalidity Contentions and Subject Matter Eligibility Contentions (the “Motion”) filed
`
`by Plaintiff Avant Location Technologies LLC (“Avant”) and Defendant Apple Inc. (“Apple”)
`
`(collectively, the “Parties”). (Dkt. No. 43.) In the Motion, the Parties request a four-week extension
`
`of time for Avant to file its response to Apple’s Motion to Dismiss or, Alternatively, to Transfer
`
`
`

`to the Northern District of California (Dkt. No. 33) (“Motion to Dismiss”). (Dkt. No. 43 at 1.) The
`
`requested extension would move the deadline for Avant to respond to Apple’s Motion to Dismiss
`
`from December 9, 2024, up to and including January 6, 2025. (Id.) In the Motion, the Parties also
`
`request an extension of time for Apple to comply with its P.R. 3-3 and 3-4 Invalidity Contentions
`
`and Subject Matter Eligibility Contentions. (Id.) The requested extension would move the deadline
`
`for Apple to comply with its P.R. 3-3 and 3-4 Invalidity Contentions and Subject Matter Eligibility
`
`Contentions from January 13, 2025, up to and including February 10, 2025. (Id.; Dkt. No. 36 at
`
`5.)
`
`Having considered the Motion, the Court finds that it should be and hereby is GRANTED.
`
`Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that the deadline for Avant to respond to Apple’s Motion to
`
`Dismiss (Dkt. No. 33) is extended up to and including January 6, 2025. The Court further
`
`ORDERS that the deadline for Apple to comply with its P.R. 3-3 and 3-4 Invalidity Contentions
`
`and Subject Matter Eligibility Contentions is extended up to and including February 10, 2025.
`
