`Before the Court is the Joint Motion for Extension of Time to Amend the First Amended
`
`Complaint and to Answer or Otherwise Respond (the “Motion”) filed by Plaintiff Advanced
`
`Coding Technologies LLC (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant Google LLC (“Defendant”). (Dkt. No. 48.)
`
`In the Motion, the Parties request an extension for Plaintiff to amend the dismissed claims of its
`
`First Amended Complaint up to and including January 17, 2025, and for Defendant to answer or
`
`otherwise respond, whether to the current operative complaint or an amended complaint if filed by
`
`January 17, 2025, to February 14, 2025.
`
`Having considered the Motion, and noting its joint nature, the Court finds that it should be
`
`and hereby is GRANTED. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the deadline for Plaintiff to amend
`
`its First Amended Complaint is extended up to and including January 17, 2025, and the deadline
`
`for Defendant to answer or otherwise respond to the operative complaint is extended up to and
`
`including February 14, 2025.
