`Plaintiff Touchstream Technologies, Inc. (“Touchstream”) and Defendants Charter

`Communications, Inc., et al., and Comcast Cable Communications, LLC, et al. (collectively,

`“Defendants”) hereby submit this Joint Notice Regarding Mediation. The parties agree that this
`
`case may benefit from mediation. The Parties have met and conferred in good faith regarding the
`
`selection of a mutually agreeable mediator and have not yet reached agreement. The parties
`
`continue to meet and confer in good faith and will alert the Court when a mediator is selected
