`Street, Suite 4200, Chicago, Illinois 60602, is hereby appearing as counsel for the Charter

`Defendants in Lead/Member Case No. 23-CV-59.

`Dina Hayes appeared pro hac vice as counsel on behalf of the Charter Defendants in the
`
`consolidated Case No. 23-CV-60. See Case No. 23-CV-60, Dkt. 42. This action was previously
`
`consolidated at Case No. 23-CV-60 pursuant to the Court’s April 17, 2023 Consolidation Order
`
`(Case No. 23-CV-59, Dkt. 12), in which the Court directed that “Counsel who has appeared pro
`
`hac vice in any member case may file a Notice of Appearance in the Lead Case without filing an
`
`additional application to appear pro hac vice in the Lead Case.” The Court deconsolidated Case
`
`No. 23-CV-60 and issued a new Consolidation Order consolidating the above-captioned actions in
`
`Case No. 23-CV-59. Dkt. 16.
