`Before the Court is Plaintiff NorthStar Systems LLC’s (“NorthStar”) Unopposed Motion
`
`to File Under Seal (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 45.) In the Motion, NorthStar seeks to seal Sur-Reply
`
`Brief in Opposition to Volkswagen AG’s Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim Pursuant
`
`to Rule 12(B)(6) or, in the Alternative, to Transfer Venue Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(A) (the
`
`“Sur-Reply”) (filed contemporaneously, Dkt. No. 46). (Dkt. No. 45 at 1.) NorthStar represents that
`
`the briefing contains highly confidential business information, and that that there is no Protective
`
`Order entered in this case. (Id. at 1.) The Motion is unopposed. (Id. at 2.)
`
`Having considered the Motion, and noting its unopposed nature, the Court finds that it
`
`should be and hereby is GRANTED. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that the Sur-Reply is
`
`hereby SEALED. The parties are directed to jointly prepare a redacted version of the Sur-Reply
`
`for public viewing and to file the same on the Court’s docket as an attachment to a Notice of
`
`Redaction within ten (10) days of this Order
`
