`Before the Court is the Agreed Motion for Extension of Time to File Reply Brief (the
`

`
`MEMBER CASE: CIVIL ACTION NO. 2:22-
`CV-00496-JRG
`

`“Motion”) filed by Defendant Volkswagen AG (“VW”). (Dkt. No. 36.) In the Motion, VW
`
`requests an extension of time to file its reply in support of its Motion to Dismiss for Failure to
`
`State a Claim Under Rule 12(b)(6), or in the Alternative, Transfer Venue Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §
`
`1404(a) (Dkt. No. 11). (Dkt. No. 36 at 1.) Specifically, VW requests that the deadline be extended
`
`up to and including July 12, 2023. (Id.) The Motion is unopposed. (Id. at 1, 2.)
`
`Having considered the Motion, and noting its unopposed nature, the Court finds that it
`
`should be and hereby is GRANTED. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that the deadline for VW
`
`to file a reply in support of its motion filed at Dkt. No. 11 is extended up to and including July 12,
`
`2023.
