`Before the Court is the Joint Motion for Extension of Time for Plaintiff NorthStar Systems
`
`
`
`MEMBER CASE: CIVIL ACTION NO. 2:22-
`CV-00496-JRG
`
`
`
`LLC (“NorthStar”) to Comply with P.R. 3-1 & 3-2 (Infringement Contentions) and for Defendant
`
`Volkswagen AG (“VW”) to Comply with P.R. 3-3 & 3-4 (Invalidity Contentions) and Subject-
`
`Matter Eligibility Contentions (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 35.) In the Motion, NorthStar and VW
`
`(collectively, the “Parties”) jointly request an extension for NorthStar to comply with P.R. 3-1 and
`
`3-2 from July 6, 2023 up to and including July 31, 2023. (Id. at 1.) The Parties also jointly request
`
`an extension of time for VW to comply with P.R. 3-3, P.R. 3-4 and Subject-Matter Eligibility
`
`Contentions from August 31, 2023 up to and including October 2, 2023. (Id.) Further, the Parties
`
`represent that the Motion is not filed for the purpose of delay but to allow the Parties to adequately
`
`address the issues associated with the pending Contentions. (Id. at 1–2.)
`
`Having considered the Motion, and noting its unopposed nature, the Court finds that it
`
`should be and hereby is GRANTED. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that the deadline for
`
`NorthStar to comply with P.R. 3-1 and 3-2 be extended up to and including July 31, 2023. The
`
`
`

`Court further ORDERS that the deadline for VW to comply with P.R. 3-3 and 3-4, and Subject-
`
`Matter Eligibility Contentions be extended up to and including October 2, 2023.
