`
`
`
`
`
`
`Before the Court is Plaintiff NorthStar Systems LLC’s (“NorthStar”) Unopposed Motion
`
`to File Under Seal (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 31.) In the Motion, NorthStar seeks to seal its
`
`Response to Defendant Volkswagen AG’s (“Volkswagen”) Motion to Dismiss or Alternatively
`
`Transfer Venue (filed contemporaneously, Dkt. No. 32 (the “Response”)) and Exhibit 1 to the
`
`Response. (Dkt. No. 31 at 1.) NorthStar represents that the Response and Exhibit 1 thereto contain
`
`confidential business information, and that that there is no Protective Order entered in this case.
`
`(Id. at 1.) The Motion is unopposed. (Id. at 1, 3.)
`
`Having considered the Motion, and noting its unopposed nature, the Court finds that it
`
`should be and hereby is GRANTED. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that the Response and
