`Before the Court is the Joint Motion for Extension of Time for Plaintiff NorthStar Systems
`
`
`
`MEMBER CASE: CIVIL ACTION NO. 2:22-
`CV-00496-JRG
`
`
`
`LLC (“NorthStar”) to Comply with P.R. 3-1 & 3-2 (Infringement Contentions) and for Defendant
`
`Bayerische Motoren Worke AG (“BMW”) to Comply with P.R. 3-3 & 3-4 (Invalidity Contentions)
`
`(the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 30.) In the Motion, NorthStar and BMW (collectively, the “Parties”)
`
`jointly request an extension for NorthStar to comply with P.R. 3-1 and 3-2 from July 6, 2023 up
`
`to and including July 20, 2023. (Id. at 1, 4.) The Parties also jointly request an extension of time
`
`for BMW to comply with P.R. 3-3 and 3-4 from August 31, 2023 up to and including September
`
`14, 2023. (Id. at 1, 4.) Further, the Parties represent that the Motion is not filed for the purpose of
`
`delay but to allow the Parties to adequately address the issues associated with the pending
`
`Contentions.
`
`Having considered the Motion, and noting its unopposed nature, the Court finds that it
`
`should be and hereby is GRANTED. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that the deadline for
`
`NorthStar to comply with P.R. 3-1 and 3-2 be extended up to and including July 20, 2023. The
`
`
`

`Court further ORDERS that the deadline for BMW to comply with P.R. 3-3 and 3-4 be extended
`
`up to and including September 14, 2023.
