`Before the Court is the Stipulation of Dismissal for Google Products (the “Stipulation”)
`
`filed by Plaintiff AGIS Software Development LLC (“AGIS”), and Defendants Panasonic
`
`Corporation and Panasonic Corporation of North America (collectively, “Panasonic”). (Dkt. No.
`
`49.) In the Stipulation, AGIS and Panasonic agree to the dismissal of claims and counterclaims
`
`related to Google Accused Products, including Find My Device and Google Maps software with
`
`
`

`prejudice. (Id.) The parties indicate that the stipulation of dismissal does not apply to Panasonic’s
`
`other accused products. (Id.)
`
`Having considered the Stipulation, the Court ACCEPTS AND ACKNOWLEDGES that
`
`the claims and causes of action concerning the Google Accused Products are DISMISSED WITH
`
`PREJUDICE. In light of the live disputes in the case, the Clerk is directed to MAINTAIN AS
`
`OPEN the Lead Case No. 2:22-cv-443.
`
