`ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION FOR ENTRY OF PARTIAL STAY
`AND NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT OF CLAIMS INVOLVING GOOGLE PRODUCTS
`
`Before the Court is Plaintiff AGIS Software Development LLC (“Plaintiff” or “AGIS”)
`
`and Defendants HMD Global OY (“HMD Global OY”) and HMD America, Inc. (“HMD
`
`America”) (collectively, “HMD”); ASUSTek Computer Inc. (“ASUSTek Computer”) and ASUS
`
`Computer International (“ASUS Computer”) (collectively, “ASUS”); Panasonic Holdings
`
`Corporation, formerly known as Panasonic Corporation (“Panasonic Corp.”) and Panasonic
`
`Corporation of North America (“Panasonic Corp. of NA”) (collectively, “Panasonic”); and Sony
`
`Corporation formerly known as Sony Mobile Communications, Inc.’s (“Sony”) (all Defendants,
`
`collectively, “Defendants”) (Plaintiff and Defendants, collectively, the “Parties”) Joint Motion for
`
`Partial Stay and Notice of Settlement of claims involving Google products, and having considered
`
`the same, hereby GRANTS the Motion.
`
`For cases against HMD, ASUS, and Sony, the stay applies to the entire case. For the case
`
`against Panasonic, the stay applies only to the claims and issues involving Google products
`
`accused products, including but not limited to Find My Device and Google Maps software. The
`
`stay does not apply to Panasonic’s accused products based on (1) Connect applications, products,
`
`
`

`and solutions; (2) TAK applications, products, and solutions; (3) ATAK applications, products,
`
`and solutions; and (4) CivTAK applications, products, and solutions.

`IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED and the January 16, 2024,
`
`deadline to respond to the Complaint in the Court’s Order (Dkt. 23) and the unreached deadlines
`
`in the Court’s Docket Control Order (Dkt. 33), including the February 5, 2024, deadlines to comply
`
`with P.R. 3-3, P.R. 3-4, and the Standing Order Regarding Subject-Matter Eligibility Contentions,
`
`are stayed up to thirty (30) days from the date of this Order.
