`Before the Court is Plaintiff AGIS Software Development LLC’s (“Plaintiff” or “AGIS”)

`Joint Motion for Extension of Time to Comply with P. R. 3-1 & 3-2 (Infringement Contentions)

`and Defendants HMD Global OY (“HMD Global OY”) and HMD America, Inc. (“HMD
`
`America”) (collectively, “HMD”); ASUSTek Computer Inc. (“ASUSTek Computer”) and ASUS
`
`Computer International (“ASUS Computer”) (collectively, “ASUS”); Panasonic Holdings
`
`Corporation, formerly known as Panasonic Corporation (“Panasonic Corp.”) and Panasonic
`
`Corporation of North America (“Panasonic Corp. of NA”) (collectively, “Panasonic”); and Sony
`
`Corporation, formerly known as Sony Mobile Communications, Inc. (“Sony”) (all Defendants,

`collectively, “Defendants”) Joint Motion for Extension of Time to Comply with P. R. 3-3 & 3-4

`(Invalidity Contentions) and to comply with the Standing Order Regarding Subject-Matter

`After consideration, the Court GRANTS the Joint Motion for Extension of Time. It is
