`HMD GLOBAL OY AND HMD AMERICA INC.’S UNOPPOSED MOTION
`FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT
`
`Before the Court is the Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to the
`
`Complaint by HMD Global Oy and HMD America, Inc. (“HMD”). In the motion, HMD asks
`
`the Court to extend the current deadline set by the Court to answer the Complaint by sixty days
`
`pursuant to an agreement made between the parties. Specifically, on October 31, 2023 HMD
`
`agreed to waive service of the Complaint in exchange for a 60-day extension from the November
`
`16, 2023 response deadline. After consideration, the Court finds that the Motion should be
`
`GRANTED.

`It is therefore ORDERED that the deadline for Defendant Sony Corporation to answer or
