`[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS ASUSTEK COMPUTER INC. AND
`ASUS COMPUTER INTERNATIONAL’S
`UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT

`Before the Court is Defendants ASUSTeK Computer Inc. and ASUS Computer
`
`International’s (collectively, “ASUS”) Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to
`
`the Complaint. In the motion, ASUS asks the Court to extend the current deadline set by the Court
`
`to answer the Complaint by sixty days pursuant to an agreement made between the parties.
`
`Specifically, ASUS agreed to accept service of the Complaint on November 3, 2023 in exchange
`
`for a 60-day extension from the November 15, 2023 response deadline. After consideration, the
`
`Court finds that the Motion should be GRANTED.
`

`It is therefore ORDERED that the deadline for Defendant Sony Corporation to answer or

`otherwise respond to the Complaint is extended to January 16, 2024.
