`determination issued in In the Matter of Certain Location-Sharing Systems, Related Software
`
`Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same (ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-1347). (Dkt. No. 13).
`
`Pursuant to this Court’s order granting the stay, Plaintiff AGIS Software Development LLC
`
`(“Plaintiff”) and Defendants ASUSTeK Computer Inc. and ASUS Computer International
`
`(collectively, “Defendants”) filed a Joint Notice Regarding ITC Determination on October 13,
`
`2023, notifying the Court that the U.S. International Trade Commission had terminated the above-
`
`referenced investigation. (Dkt. No. 14). Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS that the stay is
`
`lifted in the above-captioned case. The Court further ORDERS that Defendants shall answer or
`
`otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint by November 16, 2023.
