`Before the Court is Plaintiff AGIS Software Development LLC’s (“AGIS”) Motion for
`
`Issuance of Letter of Request for International Judicial Assistance—Letter Rogatory. Plaintiff
`
`AGIS requests that this Court, pursuant to Rules 38(b), 30(b)(6) and 45 of the Federal Rules of
`
`Civil Procedure, and 28 U.S.C. § 1781, issue Letter of Request/Letter of Rogatory for International
`
`Judicial Assistance (the “Letter of Request”) to the National Court Administration requesting that
`
`Samsung SDS Co., Ltd. produce certain documents and things for inspections and copying. The
`
`proposed Letter of Request is attached to the Motion as Ex. 1. Defendants Samsung Electronics
`
`Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. do not oppose the Motion.
`
`Having considered the Motion, the Court is of the opinion that it should be and hereby is
`
`GRANTED. The Court APPROVES the proposed Letter of Request. After the Court signs the
`
`Letter of Request, it is ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall authenticate the Court's
`
`signature on the Letter of Request under the seal of this Court, and thereafter directly transmit the
`
`Letter of Request to the appropriate National Court Administration for execution in conformity
`
`with Article 2 of the Hague Convention.
