`Based on information presently available, AGIS Software Development LLC (“AGIS Software”) contends that Respondent

`Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (“Samsung” or “Respondent”) has violated and continues to violate section 337 based upon the
`importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain mobile
`devices and components by reason of infringement of claims 1-64 (the “Asserted Claims”) of U.S. Patent No. 9,749,829 (the “’829

`The Accused Products comprise the following versions (and all intervening updates and sub-versions) of the Android mobile

`(Gingerbread); Android 3.0 (Honeycomb); Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich); Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean); Android 4.4 (KitKat);
`Android 5.0 (Lollipop); Android 6.0 (Marshmallow); Android 7.0 (Nougat); Android 8.0 (Oreo); Android 9 (Pie); Android 10;

`aforementioned Samsung products during and after 2016.

`The Accused Products further comprise the following Android-based applications and/or services: Google Maps, Google Play
`Services, Google Mobile Services, Google Contacts, Google Messages, Google Chrome, and any variants thereof imported with the
`Samsung products during and after 2016.

`The Accused Products comprise related infrastructures, including but not limited to servers and supporting computer systems
`associated with the aforementioned Samsung products, operating systems, applications, and services.

`The following chart identifies specifically where each limitation of each Asserted Claim is found within the Accused Products.
`
`On information and belief, the Galaxy S22+ is representative of all Accused Products, which practice the Asserted Claims in a manner
`consistent with the Galaxy S22+. The Galaxy S22+ ships with Android 12. On information and belief and as to the functionalities
`accused herein, Android 12 is representative of all versions of the Android identified above, including intervening updates and sub-
`versions.1 All versions of the Android Operating System are capable of providing the accused services to users of the Accused
