`Defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. hereby

`move the Court for a one-week extension of time in which to file its response (1) AGIS’s Corrected
`
`Motion for Leave to Amend Its Disclosure of Asserted Claims and Infringement Contentions (Dkt.
`
`164); and (2) AGIS’s Motion for Leave to Request Supplemental Claim Construction (Dkt. 163).
`
`The current deadline to file the response is January 2, 2024, and Defendants are seeking a one-
`
`week extension up to and including January 9, 2024 due to the holidays and related travel by
`
`counsel and clients.
`
`Plaintiff is not opposed to the relief sought in this motion.
