`Defendants Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc.,

`(collectively, “Defendants”), respectfully move to join Plaintiff AGIS Software Development
`
`LLC’s request for a hearing, at the Court’s earliest convenience, on Plaintiff’s Motion to Dismiss
`
`Defendants’ Ninth Counterclaims and to Strike Defendants’ Sixth and Sixteenth Affirmative
`
`Defenses (“Motion,” Dkt. 89). The Motion has been fully briefed, with Defendants having filed
`
`their sur-reply on August 22, 2023. (Dkt. 109.) On August 23, 2023, Plaintiff filed a Notice of
`
`Request for Oral Argument regarding the Motion. (Dkt. 114.)
`
`Defendants believe that oral argument should aid the Court in resolving the Motion.
`
`Plaintiff does not oppose this motion to join Plaintiff’s request for a hearing.
