`Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. Proc. Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) and (a)(1)(B) and Civ. L.R. 7-12,
`Plaintiff AGIS Software Development LLC (“AGIS”) and Defendant Google LLC (“Google”), by
`and through their counsel, hereby stipulate to, and jointly move for, an order dismissing with
`prejudice all claims that AGIS raised or could have raised relating to asserted claims1 2 and 10-13
`of U.S. Patent No. 8,213,970 (the “’970 Patent”). All claims and defenses that Google raised
`relating to the same claims of the ’970 Patent are dismissed without prejudice.
`Each Party shall bear its own fees and costs incurred as to the claims and defenses dismissed
`under this stipulation relating to claims 2 and 10-13 of the ’970 Patent.
`A proposed order for dismissal of the ’970 Patent according to the terms above is attached
`to this stipulation and joint motion.

`Having considered the Joint Motion and Stipulation For Dismissal Of Claims 2 And 9-13
`Of U.S. Patent No. 8,213,970 (“’970 Patent”) asserted by Plaintiff AGIS Software Development
`LLC (“AGIS”) against Defendant Google LLC (“Google”), the Court GRANTS the motion in its
`entirety.
