`
`Realtek is a corporation organized and existingunder the laws of Taiwan with
`
`its headquarters at address: No. 2, Innovation Road IJ, Hsinchu Science Park, Hsinchu 300,
`
`Taiwan.
`
`4.
`
`On Tuesday, June 28 2022 at 14:10, I personally traveled to that address with
`
`the
`
`intention of effecting service upon Realtek Semiconductor Corporation the
`
`aforementioned documents. The signage on and aroundthe building included Realtek’s name
`
`and logo.
`
`3:
`
`Uponvisiting Realtek, Realtek’s security guard directed me to Realtek’s
`
`mailroom. A Realtek mailroom clerk then took my package and inspected the envelope. After
`
`inspecting the envelope, the mailroom clerk inquired about the nature of the documents and I
`
`informed the mailroom clerk that these were legal documents and I wasentrusted by a U.S.

`law firm to deliver these documents. The mailroom clerk then made a phone call and replied
`
`to me that Realtek refused to receive the documents. Despite my further explanation that these
`
`documents included complaints filed by AMD and ATIin the U.S. District Court, I was asked to
`
`leave the building by the Realtek security guard. The guard then escorted me to leave the
`
`building.
`
