`Accordingto plaintiffs counsel, the defendant is a corporation organized and existing

`under the laws of the CaymanIslands, with a principal place of business in Hong Kong.

`Based upon research undertaken by Mr. Lukken and a search of the Cayman Islands
`
`corporate registry, TCL’s registered agent was discoveredto be:

`On Tuesday, May 17, 2022, I personally traveled to that address with the intention of

`effecting service upon TCL Electronics Holdings Ltd.
`

`Upon myarrival, I was greeted by an office clerk who took the documents to Tami
`
`Powers of Maples Corporate Services Limited.
`
`8.
`
`Momentslater, the clerk returned with a coverletter from Mr. Broadhurst, countersigned
`
`by Ms. Powers whenshe accepted the documents on behalf of Maples. Although I did not speak
`
`with Ms. Powersat the time of service, I have personal knowledgeof hersignature, as I routinely
`
`serve documents at Maples and have acquired her signature in person many times. As
`
`confirmation of receipt, a copy of the coverletter countersigned by Ms. Powersat 3:54 p.m.is
`
`attached here as Exhibit C.
