`underthe lawsofthe British Virgin Islands, with its principal place of business in Hong Kong.

`Based upona search of the British Virgin Islands corporate registry, TTE Corporation’s

`registered agent was discovered to be Vistra (BVI) Limited (Vistra), Vistra Corporate Services
`
`Centre, WickhamsCay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. The British Virgin Islands
`
`corporate registry search report for TTE is attached as Exhibit B.
`

`At approximately 3:56 pm on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, I attended the above referenced
`
`address with the intention of completing service upon TTE.
`
`9.
`
`Upon myarrival, I advised the person at the front desk that I was there to service papers
`
`on TTE Corporation and asked for the person who wasauthorized to sign on its behalf.
`
`10.|The documents were taken by the receptionist to Helen Walters-Frank, Corporate
`
`Managerof Vistra, who signed the acknowledgementof receipt. The signed acknowledgement of
`
`receipt is attached as Exhibit C.
`

`Ms. Walters-Frank did not appear before me, but she and her signature are known to me
`
`personally as I frequently serve documents on Vistra’s clients at that office.
`

`I believe service in this matter to have been effected according to the lawsof the British

`Virgin Islands, and thus in accordance with Article 10(b) of the Hague Service Convention.
