`registered agent was discovered to be Vistra (BVI) Limited (Vistra), Vistra Corporate Services
`
`Centre, WickhamsCay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. The British Virgin Islands
`
`corporate registry search report for TCL Overseasis attached as Exhibit B.
`
`8.
`
`At approximately 3:56 pm on Tuesday, May 17, 2022,I attended the above referenced
`
`address with the intention of completing service upon TCL Overseas.
`
`9.
`
`Upon myarrival, I advised the person at the front desk that I was there to service papers
`
`on TCL Overseas Marketing Ltd. and asked for the person who wasauthorized to sign onits
`
`behalf.
`
`10.
`
`The documents were taken by the receptionist to Helen Walters-Frank, Corporate
`
`Managerof Vistra, who signed the acknowledgementofreceipt. The signed acknowledgement of
`
`receipt is attached as Exhibit C.

`Ms. Walters-Frank did not appear before me, but she and her signature are known to me
`
`personally as I frequently serve documents on Vistra’s clients at that office.
