`SAMSUNG’S MOTION TO STAY PENDING
`INTER PARTES REVIEW AND NINTH CIRCUIT APPEAL

`Samsung filed a motion on August 30, 2022 requesting that the Court stay this case
`
`pending the resolution of Inter Partes review on all asserted claims and separately stay the case
`
`pending the resolution of the Ninth Circuit appeal regarding Samsung’s license to the asserted
`
`patents. Dkt. No. 74. Samsung submits this Notice of Supplemental Authority notifying the
`
`Court that the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) has granted institution of Inter Partes
`
`review of all challenged claims as to asserted U.S. Patent Nos. 10,949,339 and 10,860,506.
`
`These Institution Decisions bear on the issues raised in Samsung’s pending motion. Dkt. No. 74.
`
`For completeness of the record, Samsung hereby attaches copies of the Institution Decisions as
`
`Exhibit A (October 19, 2022 Institution Decision in Inter Partes Review in IPR2022-00639
`
`relating to U.S. Patent No. 10,949,339) and Exhibit B (October 21, 2022 Institution Decision in
