`On April 23, 2021 Defendant Uber Technologies, Inc. (“Uber”) filed a Motion to Dismiss
`
`(Dkt. No. 24) and a Motion to Stay Pending Resolution of Standing Issues (Dkt. No. 25). AGIS
`
`Software Development LLC (“Plaintiff”) filed its oppositions to Uber’s Motions on May 7, 2021
`
`(Dkt. No. 42; Dkt. No. 43); Uber filed its replies in support of its Motions to on May 17, 2021
`
`(Dkt. No. 51; Dkt. No. 52); and Plaintiff filed its sur-replies in opposition to Uber’s Motions on
`
`May 31, 2021 (Dkt. No. 69; Dkt. No. 70).
`
`Accordingly, Uber files this notice to advise the Court that briefings are complete on its
`
`Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. 24) and Motion to Stay Pending Resolution of Standing Issues (Dkt. 25)
`
`and are ripe for the Court’s decision. Uber respectfully requests that a hearing on its Motion to
`
`Dismiss and Motion to Stay be held at a time and date convenient for the Court.
